- Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website dimensiontech.in and the training programmes, lab access, placement assistance, and related services (“Services”) provided by Dimension Technologies (“Dimension”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, enquiring, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
- Definitions
- Learner or you means any person who enquires about, registers for, or enrols in a programme.
- Programme means any SAP training course, track, or module offered by Dimension.
- Lab / Practice systems means the SAP S/4HANA practice environment and related systems we provide for hands-on learning.
- Enrolment and registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you enquire and enrol. You are responsible for keeping your account and login details for any learning platform or lab confidential, and for all activity under your credentials.
Enrolment is confirmed only on receipt of the applicable fees and any documents we require. We may decline or cancel an enrolment at our discretion, for example where information provided is inaccurate or a programme does not run.
- 4. Fees and payment
Fees for each programme are as stated at the time of enrolment. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged as required by law. Fees must be paid in full, or as per any instalment schedule we agree in writing, before the relevant access or sessions begin.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card or banking details.
5. Course delivery, schedules, and changes
We aim to deliver programmes as described. We may, where reasonably necessary, change the schedule, trainer, sequence of modules, delivery mode (classroom or online), or batch timing. Where a change materially affects you, we will give you reasonable notice and, where appropriate, alternatives. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control.
6. Placementassistance
We provide placement assistance. This includes support such as resume building, interview preparation, mock interviews, and connecting eligible learners with prospective employers. Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment, a job offers, or any particular salary. Outcomes depend on your performance, the employer’s decision, and market conditions.
Where you opt in to placement assistance, you consent to us sharing your profile and relevant information with prospective employers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Use of lab and practice systems
The lab and SAP practice systems are provided solely for your personal learning during your programme. You agree not to: share your access credentials; use the systems for any commercial, production, or unlawful purpose; attempt to copy, extract, resell, or redistribute any software, configuration, or data; or interfere with the security or operation of the systems. Access is time-limited to your programme period unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend or withdraw access for misuse.
8. Intellectual property
All course materials, content, recordings, documentation, and our website content are owned by Dimension or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning only. You may not copy, record, share, publish, resell, or distribute any materials without our prior written permission.
9. Code of conduct
You agree to behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers, staff, and other learners, and to follow our reasonable instructions and institute rules. We may suspend or remove a learner for conduct that disrupts training, harms others, breaches these Terms, or misuses our systems, without refund where the breach is serious.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the fees you have paid for the relevant programme. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of employment opportunity, income, or expected outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Disclaimers and third-party trademarks
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will guarantee any specific career or examination outcome.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse our systems, or fail to pay fees due. On termination, the clauses that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue to apply.
13. Governing law andjurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any applicable provisions for arbitration or consumer dispute resolution.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
